These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Brian Nord Coaching LLC, including coaching, management training, manager development, consulting, workshops, and related services.
By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in a paid service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Brian Nord Coaching LLC provides coaching, training, educational, and consulting services to individuals and organizations.
The specific scope, schedule, fees, and deliverables for certain services may be established through a separate proposal, statement of work, contract, or other written agreement.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the separate agreement will control.
Coaching, Training & Consulting
Our work may include education, advice, recommendations, coaching, feedback, problem-solving, planning, management practices, organizational systems, and other forms of professional support.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, business decisions, employment decisions, and implementation of recommendations.
Participation does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, organizational, or business outcome.
Professional Services Disclaimer
Brian Nord Coaching LLC does not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal services, tax advice, accounting services, or licensed financial advice.
Nothing provided through coaching, training, consulting, this website, or related materials should be considered a substitute for services from an appropriately licensed professional when those services are needed.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching and consulting conversations will be treated as confidential and handled with reasonable care.
However, coaching and consulting relationships are not legally privileged relationships in the same manner as communications with certain licensed professionals, such as attorneys or therapists.
For organizational engagements, the scope of confidentiality and what information may be shared with the sponsoring organization may be addressed separately before services begin.
Scheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments.
Whenever possible, cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Specific engagements may have different scheduling or cancellation requirements stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Payment
Pricing and payment terms vary by service and will be disclosed before purchase or engagement.
For ongoing services, packages, training programs, or consulting engagements, payment schedules may be established through a separate written agreement.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
Training materials, frameworks, worksheets, presentations, exercises, documents, and other materials created by Brian Nord Coaching LLC remain the intellectual property of Brian Nord Coaching LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Materials provided to clients may be used internally for their intended purpose but may not be reproduced, sold, published, distributed, or used to provide competing commercial services without written permission.
Ending an Engagement
Either party may choose to end an ongoing coaching or consulting relationship.
Any outstanding payment obligations, completed work, scheduled commitments, cancellation terms, or other provisions contained in a separate agreement will continue to apply.
Limitation of Responsibility
Clients and organizations retain responsibility for decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching, training, or consulting services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brian Nord Coaching LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from decisions made or actions taken by a client or organization.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules and circumstances change.
Complimentary Consultations
There is no charge to schedule an initial conversation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the cancellation or rescheduling link provided with your appointment. Whenever possible, please make changes at least 24 hours in advance.
Private One-on-One Coaching — Personal or Business
Private individual coaching, whether personal or business coaching, is billed monthly. If you change your mind within first 30 days your initial fee will be refunded. After 30 days, payments made through the current month are not refunded.
Clients may cancel their ongoing coaching at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly billing.
Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.
Scheduled coaching appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice may be forfeited.
These terms continue to apply to existing private one-on-one coaching clients receiving services under this billing and cancellation arrangement unless different terms are agreed to in writing.
Other Individual Sessions
For individual paid sessions that are not part of the monthly private coaching arrangement described above, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund.
If Brian Nord Coaching LLC needs to cancel an appointment, you may reschedule or receive a refund for that appointment if it was paid separately.
Packages & Other Ongoing Services
For packages or ongoing services that are not covered by the Private One-on-One Coaching policy above, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or established in a separate agreement.
Payments for services already provided are non-refundable.
Training & Consulting Engagements
Management training, organizational consulting, workshops, corporate programs, and other custom engagements may require deposits, advance payments, or other commitments.
Cancellation and refund terms for these services will be stated in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
When a separate written agreement contains cancellation or refund terms, those terms control.
Privacy Policy

Brian Nord Coaching LLC collects information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company information, scheduling information, and information submitted through forms or booking systems.
This information may be used to communicate with you, provide services, manage appointments, process payments, maintain business records, and provide information about services you have requested or expressed interest in.
Personal information is not sold to third parties.
We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our business, including website hosting, scheduling, video conferencing, email, payment processing, and related business functions. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors and is subject to their applicable privacy and security practices.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information; however, no electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
