Meet Brian

Brian Nord is a life and executive coach, organizational development professional, public speaker, and podcast guest who helps people navigate complex decisions, create meaningful goals, and move forward with confidence.

He holds a degree in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Organizational Effectiveness from Metropolitan State University and has completed advanced training in Ontological Coaching, Performance Coaching, and Applied Neuroscience Coaching.

Brian has spent more than 25 years coaching individuals, developing leaders, facilitating workshops, and advising organizations on communication, leadership, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

His coaching career began in 1998, helping organizations strengthen teamwork, communication, and leadership performance. Over the years, he worked with thousands of individuals and leaders while serving in senior management and leadership development roles within one of the world's largest coaching and personal development organizations.

Today, Brian's coaching combines practical strategy, human behavior, leadership development, and systems thinking. He believes that meaningful progress rarely comes from trying harder—it comes from gaining perspective, making thoughtful decisions, and having the right conversations.

Brian is also a frequent podcast guest discussing coaching, leadership, workplace culture, high-control dynamics, and personal transformation. He previously co-hosted the YouTube channel How Did I Get Here?, exploring influence, authority, and high-control dynamics in relationships, organizations, and communities.

Today, Brian works with individuals, professionals, leaders, and business owners who want greater clarity, stronger decision-making, improved performance, and a more intentional path forward.
